SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your purchase is sent from Cape Town, South Africa. We sell hand made items made to order and our quality items may take a little bit more time to manufacture. Normally your order should take maximum 7-10 working days (working days exclude weekends and public holidays) to complete and will then be sent out with your chosen delivery option. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number.

NB: Please make sure there is someone at the delivery address you provide to accept your parcel during the day, otherwise you will have to choose to send it with the Post Office option which is a counter to counter delivery option.

COURIER delivery to MAIN CENTERS in South Africa is sent door-to-door via Dawn Wing Couriers.

Your parcel should deliver to your delivery address within 24 – 72 hours from dispatch (on working days).

COURIER EXPRESS DELIVERY to MAIN CENTRES

To change your Courier delivery to Courier Express for faster delivery to your delivery address please choose –
Courier Express to MAIN CENTRES on check-out. This option is not available to Regional Areas.

Please remember courier express only applies to the shipping, and we still need a few days to manufacture and dispatch your order. However if you choose Courier Express we will try to speed up our manufacturing process to dispatch within 4 working days, so your order can deliver within 5 working days.

The courier may sometimes also deliver on a Saturday for this option. You will receive a tracking number and will be able to track the delivery of your parcel online.

MAIN CENTRES for courier delivery

The Main City Centres in South Africa include: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pietersburg, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg and Port Elizabeth. Township and outlying areas in these cities fall under Regional Areas. Towns and areas not mentioned in the list above fall under Regional Areas.

Your parcel should deliver to your delivery address within 24 – 72 hours from dispatch (on working days). This is a door-to-door courier service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Although we only operate within the borders of South Africa at the moment, we don’t mind helping international clients. Please send us an email at orders@ohdivine.co.za to request international delivery, and we will start the manual process.

For international orders please note: your country may charge additional import duties on collection depending on its own policy and the type of goods you are purchasing.

Packing and Dispatch
